Returns and refunds
We usually accept returns within three business days of their arrival at our warehouse. During peak times, it could take up to 7 business days. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.
The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:
Credit Card: Our Bank will reimburse you within seven business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.
PayPal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Confirmation email.
Cash on Delivery: Your refund will be issued through wire transfer to a bank account that should be indicated in the Return Form. You will see the refund in your account within ten business days of the Return Confirmation email. Please, ensure your bank account is registered in the same country that the order was placed.
Moneyoox: the reimbursed sum will be available within 24 hours of the Return Confirmation email. Visit our Moneyoox section for more information.
SOFORT Banking: Your refund will be issued directly to your Bank Account. You can check your refund by logging in to your online banking account or by contacting your Bank. When you receive our refund confirmation email, please allow up to 5 days for the refunded amount to be visible on your bank statement.
Return policy
Returning an item
If you want to return an order or an item, it must meet the following conditions:
1. The articles must be unopened, undamaged and if possible, returned in their original packaging. Due to health and hygiene reasons, items with a seal that is broken after delivery cannot be returned. If an item is not received in good condition, please contact our customer service at info@nightwatchdrink.nl.
2. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item.
How do you return an item?
1. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us by email: info@nightwatchdrink.nl
2. You will receive a return form from us by email
3. Complete the return form and add it to the return shipment

What is the cost of a return shipment?
The shipping costs of the return are at your own expense, except if one of the following exceptions applies to the return:
1. The product you received is not the product you ordered
2. The product is delivered with a broken seal or other defect
3. The product is over the expiration date
Right of withdrawal/Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. You have the right to return your order within a period of 14 days without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. The product can only be returned unused, unopened, and, if possible, in original packaging. For returning the order, the direct costs are at your own expense.
We aim to reimburse all payments within 7 days of the day the consumer reports the withdrawal.
As a consumer, you are also liable for the depreciation of the items in your order, as a result of the use of the items that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. In that case, we may offset this impairment against the amount to be refunded.
We reserve the right to wait for a refund until we have received the returned order. We will use the same means of payment for refund that you used with your order, unless you agree to a different method. No fees will be charged for the refund itself.
